CERTIFIED SOMMELIER COURSE 2017/2018

The Certified Sommelier Course is constructed around an international version of the AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) course, reputed as the best Sommelier program in the industry, due to over 50 years of professional experience and development. The internationally recognised Diploma will enable you to work anywhere in the world.

The course includes tasting 100+ of the finest wines, beers, spirits and sakes, covering the following topics:

The stand alone Sake Masterclass will cover history and geography, types and basics of sake brewing and food matching.

To further enhance the educational experience, we routinely organise student trips and visits to breweries, wine estates and distilleries in London and the South East, putting into prospective all that is learnt in the classroom.

But it doesn't stop there! Once graduated, we take great pride in helping our sommeliers to find their dream jobs, with our vast connections in the fine wine and catering business.

PRICE - The 5 month course costs  £1750* VAT inclusive and is payable in three instalments to help you spread the cost. Alternatively, you can pay the initial deposit and then spread the rest of the cost with monthly standing order payment of £250.
