Federico comes to us with on the job experience second to none.

He has been a Head Sommelier at some of London's finest eateries including The Lanesborough, L'Anima and La Gavroche, as well as the Baglioni Hotel, all after having graduated as a sommelier with AIS in his home regions of Piedmont.

This makes him one of the most knowledgeable and experienced sommeliers to lecturer on fine wines and sommelier service.
