TASTE ANALYSIS OF FOOD FAMILIES (Sauces and Condiments, Pasta, Noodles, Rice, Pizza)
TASTING: WINES, BEERS, SAKE, TEA
3.LESSON 
TASTE ANALYSIS OF FOOD FAMILIES (Meat, Fish and Poultry, Charcuterie, Vegetables)
TASTING: WINES, BEERS, SAKE, TEA
4.LESSON 
TASTE ANALYSIS OF FOOD FAMILIES (Cheese and Dessert)
TASTING: WINES, SAKE, TEA
5.LESSON 
WINE SERVICE AND WINE MANAGEMENT: SERVICE TEMPERATURES, BOTTLE OPENING, DECANTIG, SOMMELIER TOOLS, CELLAR MANAGEMENT, WINE LIST CREATION

MODULE ASSESSMENT (online)
PRICE - The 6 lessons course costs £650. The Link for the payment will be send after the registration.
