INDUSTRY CONSULTATIONS
Nothing is more important to your restaurant than the service provided by your front of house staff. We provide bespoke, focused, onsite staff training workshops, on your wine lists to long-term classroom based courses, giving your staff the knowledge and confidence when selling your wine list, thus being able to drive increased profit and margin by influencing what your customers order. In addition, we are specialists in creating a wine list perfectly matched to your menu, and continually review and suggest seasonal updates.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
Since 2005, we have been producing lifestyle wine events for consumers but also trade (wine & food) & media. We aim at creating a unique event experience! We just love thinking outside the glass! From in-home entertaining to weddings, from large commercial or corporate functions to small, private wine tastings, let the staff at the UK Sommelier Association assist you in creating a bespoke event, managing and deciding the best choices on which wines to serve, and how to best serve them. PRIVATE CELLAR MANAGEMENT
Does your private wine collection require an estimation or assessment? Let our expert staff help you coordinate, index, and evaluate your fine wine collection. We can also give you the tools with which to then easily manage your collection. If you are also looking to invest in wines, our team of dedicated staff can provide consultation services to ensure a sound purchase.
